Buckingham Palace is pleased to announce the engagement of
HRH Prince Albert, the Duke of York, 26, to
Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, 21,
daughter of the 14th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne in Scotland.
The wedding will take place on 26th April of this year.
